Massage
Massage has a profound relaxing and revitalising effect on our physiology. It can also significantly support our emotional states and function as a preventive for stress-related conditions.
Throughout years of experience, I have developed a specific signature.
I draw upon my embodied knowledge of many years of professional dance training and various massage modalities like Shiatsu, deep tissue, trigger point, craniosacral therapy, and other traditional massage therapy techniques.

Massages are given with oils but can also be provided in Shiatsu tradition, without oils and wearing comfortable loose clothes.
